A Pink & Green Reception

It's Thursday again ladies, so that means more pink and green! I'm still in a post-wedding whirl, so today I'll share photos from our reception with you. Enjoy, darlin's!
After the ceremony ended, it was time to take pictures on the beach and the harbor. Take it from me: photo shoots with your new husband wearing your wedding dress are tres fun!
Our guests arrived at the reception here.
We arrived at our reception on a friend's sailboat while our guests enjoyed cocktails on the patio. Our guests were delightfully surprised and absolutely adored our entrance.
We had a ball waving and blowing kisses (well, me for the kisses) to our guests!
Feeling like royalty for the day.
Love this group shot on the dock at the end of cocktail hour.
Guests were seated according to our nautical chart of our bay, each with their own pink or green sailboat with their table name (a harbor that we have taken our boat to) and number.
Don't forget to sign our guest book! (an oar that we painted pink and green) Did anyone spy the Lilly frame?
That's a model of our boat on top of the box for our special treats.
Time to enter the ballroom...
...and be seated for dinner.
The bride and groom sit here!

Don't forget to stop and smell the pink and green hydrangeas in the centerpieces!
Save room for dessert! Our cake had our nautical flag monogram in pink and green, a common theme throughout our wedding.
mMm in sailor speak. (Except pink and green, of course!)
Are three cake photos too many?
Not when it was this yummy! Presidential white cake with raspberry coulis for two layers, and lemon/orange marble cake with lemon for the other two...
Time to spin around the dancefloor with my husband to James Taylor.
And then it was Daddy's turn to spin me. Daddy and I danced as the band played "My Girl"... what he used to sing to me when I was a little girl.
Strolling into our happily ever after...
May all your days be filled with love and all your Thursdays pink and green!

So adorable!!!! My dad always sang My Girl too!! For my 8th grade graduation that's what song all the girls and their dad's danced to and that's what I want at my wedding too! So funny!!

Love it all! We went to a wedding two weeks ago, and the bride and father danced to "My Girl" as well. A great one!!

That could be one of the most beautiful weddings I've ever seen. It's like something you'd see in a magazine. Absolutely gorgeous.

The table setting were amazing.

Oh, girl!!!!

I am just *blown* away by those photos, what a magical wedding! I'm dying over all the perfect nautical details. And the skirt on that dress is just too much for words...

I hope all is well in newlywedland!
