Photo Friday: July 4th in Photos

Photo Friday today is a photo montage of our July 4th weekend. Fashionably late, oui? Come along with me and relive our boating adventures celebrating our nation. (The weekend was full of islands, red, white, and blue, sundresses, sparklers, flags, and boats... there may even be a few fireworks...)
We began our journey Friday afternoon on the adorable island of Cuttyhunk. Here is the view pulling into the harbor. LOVE.
Exploring the island and admiring the gorgeous homes.
Heading out to the mooring for the night and taking in a sunset or two.
Saturday morning, we crossed Vineyard Sound to enjoy breakfast in Menemsha on Martha's Vineyard. Such a darling little town!
Heading home to celebrate the 4th at Fiancé's parents' lobster/steak party.
Meeting friends for a boat rendezvous/fireworks viewing fiesta!
It wouldn't be the 4th without fireworks!
Debuting my new Amrita Singh necklace for Sunday brunch at the yacht club. Gold and pearls are a girl's best friend!
Pulling into Oak Bluffs harbor... if you haven't seen the gingerbread houses on Martha's Vineyard, you must! Too adorable for words! (I wish I had a picture for you... next time.)
My favorite town on the Vineyard: Edgartown! Here is the Newes, one of FiancĂ©'s and my favorite restaurants.
Shopping, shopping, and more shopping! J. McLaughlin, In the Pink, and Nell = heavenly.
Oceanfront dining enjoying lobster and champagne... I can almost still taste it!
Rooftop view for Fireworks Take 2: Edgartown fireworks on the 4th.

Time to spend the day at Lake Tashmoo... the perfect spot to anchor, swim, and read more of Social Climbers! (almost finished and luuurving it!)
Last stop: lunch at the Black Dog in Vineyard Haven.
There's our Finch Hatton on the dock!
Keeping our fingers crossed for more beautiful boating weather this weekend... hooray for Friday! Have a lovely weekend, dolls! XO
