Paris Fashion Week: Christian Dior

While the Christian Dior show had its fair share of blacks, blazers, and metallics, my favorite looks consisted of stripes, vibrant colors, dramatic hemlines, and ladylike silhouettes.

Of course, the show was punctuated with floor-sweeping skirts worthy of a ball. Are you dying over those chiffon accordian pleats, too? Swoon!

I have a perfume life plan. Is this strange? 

Currently, Chanel Chance is my signature scent. However, I have decided that I will age elegantly with Chanel...Chance in my twenties, Mademoiselle in my thirties, and Chanel No. 5 in my forties and beyond.

Aerin

Ever since I discovered Aerin Lauder's new line while flipping through my Vogue, I have been dying to do a post. The ladylike packaging (pale pink, gold, and ikat!) and lovely shades of makeup stole my heart. "Girly and pretty" are the words Aerin herself uses, and they describe her line to a tee. Her inspiration is her grandmother, the Estée Lauder, who could "put on lipstick perfectly without a mirror. She did it quickly, with an effortless sensibility...It was about having a truly beautiful experience in everything you do." - Aerin via Vogue

Did I mention that Aerin looks gorgeous in all the photos?

This is one line I cannot wait to try.
