Milly for Banana Republic
Since the Milly for Banana Republic collaboration was announced this past January, I have been anxiously awaiting this day. (I had dreamed of frolicking around Greece in Milly maxis, but alas the launch came two weeks too late...) Milly is one of my favorite designers with her glamorous girly style...and at Banana prices I just may die. My mother sent me a reminder last night that the collection is launching today... how cute is she?! I have scoped out all of my favorites, and I cannot wait to go wild in the fitting room today.

Outfits of Greece
I'm still suffering from a bit of jet lag, and I haven't even unzipped one suitcase to unpack yet... but I'm slowly getting back on American time.
Choosing vacation outfits is always fun...I imagine myself in each spot and which pieces I will wear. Here is a sneak peek into our trip through my outfits...
Peplum and white skinnies in Athens to visit the Acropolis.
Black and white stripes in Aigos Nikolaos, Crete.
More peplum for day 2 in Crete, paired with neons and prints.
Arriving in Santorini required Lilly....
And I continued the Lilly theme for our second day in Sanorini.
Neon pops were parfait for Mykonos.
A day beach-hopping in Mykonos demanded a casual Lilly dress.
Back in Athens for sightseeing in a Trina Turk for Banana maxi.

Lilly Moment in Santorini
Husband and I are back from Greece, and I am in catch up mode today! I cannot wait to share photos and stories with you from our trip...big thank you's for all the sweet well wishes while we were away.

North v. South: Mixing Prints
I'm so sad to see our North v. South Style collaboration come to an end...it has been so much fun working with these ladies! Our final theme is a big one this Spring: mixing prints. I love this trend because you can have SO much fun with it!
A few of my rules: a black and white print grounds a busier one, a stripe or polka dot can act as a neutral, and different prints in the same color palate complement each other.
