July 4th Weekend a la Instagram

Husband and I enjoyed a very long July 4th weekend filled with fireworks, lobsters, shopping, island hopping, beaching, boating, and parties galore! Here is an inside peek a la Instagram. 

Saturday was spent at the Ocean House in Watch Hill. We enjoyed a lovely lunch, delicious dinner, drinks at the yacht club, and relaxing beach time. 

Sunday we watched America's Cup from the lawn of Castle Hill in Newport...and enjoyed oysters and chardonnay. My favorite summer Kate Spade bag is also back in action for warm weather! 

It was wonderful to have Monday off, so we took advantage of the lovely weather and boated to Cuttyhunk. 

Tuesday was spent in Edgartown, my favorite spot on Martha's Vineyard. 

We celebrated the 4th with fireworks, friends, and family...parfait! Hope your holiday was fab - please share! XX

Red, Chic, and Blue

Happy July 4th, my lovelies! Husband and I have had a long weedend filled with boat adventures, beach trips, lobsters, oysters, fireworks, and of course champagne! Retro Swim

Retro chic is a huge trend that has emerged in swimwear this season, and I am just smitten with that old Hollywood glamour feel! (Case in point: I am wearing a hot pink polka dot bikini and huge black sunnies as I type.) 

Shabby Apple's swim line is right on trend, and there are so many fun and flirty one piece wonders that have tickled my fancy.

Cabana: pink and ruffles - perfection!
