While perusing the new arrivals at Kate Spade (a favorite activity of mine), I was stopped dead in my tracks by this little tweed jacket. I took a moment to swoon over this matching purse and to zoom in on all the gorgeous details (you should too!). I realize tweed is typically considered a fall or winter fabric, but Kate shows us how to do summer tweed right.

I just saw some really cute Summer Tweed pieces at Joe Fresh the other day, light pink and breezy but still had some substance in the fabric
